Brandon Clark with The Connexa Search Group is partnering with a really great company in Greenville/Greer, to recruit for a Director of Finance and Accounting position. This company works within one of the services sectors. This position will have the option to work a hybrid schedule once settled into the company and the position. The Director of Finance and Accounting will report directly to the CFO, while managing a small team and involved with hands on accounting and finance work. This position is searching for someone with at least 7 years of experience, 10+ would be great and needs someone who has led and managed teams. More details available.
The day to day will include:
- Month end close, Financial Statement prep, and Financial reporting
- Hands on with general ledger management and reconciliations
- Prepares cash flow projections and statement of cash flows
- Manages the full budget
- Work closely with external audit CPA firm

Qualifications:
- BS/BS in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA highly preferred
- Masters is a plus
